Remove duplication in possible combination of 3 digits

Hello Friends, i want to remove duplicates in combination generated for 3 digits in excel.

Only Chosen No column is manually, rest of all are auto generated combinations for that chosen no. Or you can give me idea what to do for making 3 digits combinations without duplication.

This formula gives you the value 0 - no duplicates on that row, or value 1 - duplicates from column 4, or 2 - duplicates from column 2.
