Find Next Flight

Hello friends, I have another problem:

suppose we have a flight from A to B, but our destination is C.

From A to B flight will be completed at 23:00 h

There are several flights available each day from B to C

1- B to C at 22:50 h
2- B to C at 01:00 h
3- B to C at 02:00 h

Obviously the next flight will be second one at 1AM (dont mind the transition time).

How to do that in excel? How to select 2nd flight automatically based on arrival time to B?
