Try this for the rule
=DAY(A2)>25
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

I applied formula after than there is some exclusion in date for highlighted. Not every date get highlighted. Please see the attached sheet and suggest me how to solve this issue.
You are using A3 in the CF rule, and not A2, like I showed you. Change that and it will work.
Also, try and avoid using full column ranges (A:A) in CF, it will slow your file down. Rather, use just the range you need - or if that range will increase, use 2 or 3x what you think you will need,
I applied the same formula i.e. =Day(A2)>25 but still there is some exclusion. If you don't mind please can you share the excel file after applying the conditional formatting.
Anyways Thanks for your help
It's worked now. Thank you so much for helping me.
Great stuff, thanks for getting back to me
