How make Excel automatically choose from a list off missing items

Hi all! From someone not at all tech savvy (and with very basic excel knowledge): I have a list of designs of which my customers being sent one every month. I have a list of items a customer already has. I would like to generate an automatic choice of next design to be sent based on what they don't have yet AND prioritise amongst available choices. Is this possible in excel?
I would like the highlighted column to be automated.

Many thanks for any help in advance

Is it the coincidence of priority between priority list and B2:K2? if no, try:

To me it worked with the first, more simple formula - but obviously, I believe you, I am just curious why wouldn't it be right?

I am at a different stage now and wanted to know if it is possible to extend this formula to have a second and a third choice of the priority list generated in additional columns (have a second and a third best option listed as well).

From column M to the right is second, third,... until end

    In M3:

    Drag down and accross

Assuming that column B:K are sorted by priority. Priority list in B12:B21 now is not participarted.
