    Concatenate text with wildcards (mentions of words)

    Hi all,

    I have a list of words I wish to concatenante but also have wildcards, not sure how to go about this.

    So I want to count the number of times words have been mentioned (or phrases):

    no idea, not sure, don't know, what, na, n/a

    Can someone tell me best way to goa bout this please? It will be one cell reporting this figure

    Hi ALAN,

    please find attached, as mentioned I am looking to get a concatenate (link data from a1:f1) and count function on cell A4 (sheet2) with wildcards to show number of mentions of the words in column H.

    What are you counting? Where are the results to be posted? Using your example, tell us what the results should look like. Will there always be only one record that needs to be dealt with? I am not understanding your needs. Where are the wildcards?
