Converting Dates

Hi! I've downloaded a report that I need to sort by date. However, the date is showing up as the format below

Aug 31 2020
Jun 12 2020
Jun 12 2020

This is just a few to show an example. When I sort, it changes is it to alphabetical only. I have over 4,000 fields, does anyone know a quick trick to get this to work?

Data | Text to Columns | Delimited | clear all options and press Next | Date : MDY | Finish

New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Or you can use this way:

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
