    Incrementing cell number in formula

    =IF(AND(Sheet1!E31>=17.5,Sheet1!E31<=18),Sheet1!E31,0)
    How can I change E31 to E39 in this formula and then E39 to E47?
    I have to increment the cell reference by 8 - 125 times
    All help is appreciated
