Multiple matches in Drop Down list

Hi All,

I am facing issue in adding multiple matches in dependent drop down list. We have a database consisting of around 10000 brands and 15000 products where Brand and product have one to many relationship i.e. One brand been mapped with one or more products.

I am looking for formula where end user enter any brand name and excel returns corresponding products in a drop-down option. The catch here is
1. We are looking for products whose brand matches exactly with user input
2. We are looking for products whose brand starts with user input. For example, if user enter brand ABC, excel should consider all brands whose name starts with ABC.

I have attached excel for your reference. It contains sample data and input parameter.
