Formula to sort by largest % to lowest while dynamically changing the attribute names

Looking for a dynamic formula that will automatically sort each column from largest to smallest while dynamically also changing the attribute

I know i can filter for each person, but that becomes time consuming when the list of names is longer.

So for example, i'm looking for a formula that will sort attributes associated with Kylie from largest to small. The order should look like:
- Untrustworthy Credible
- Unreltable Relatable
- Fake Realistic
- Dull Attention
- Uninspiring Inspiring... etc

But for Sam, the order would change to :
- Fake Realistic
- Unrelatable Relatable
- Untrustworthy Credible... etc


hoping that the formula, will also update the attribute per person.
