How do I identify overlapping date/times

Will someone please assist me with this?
I am trying to get a count of the number of rows that have overlapping dates/times listed in two columns.

Column D (START) contains the start date and time.
Column G (END) contains the end date and time.
And I am trying to get the count of overlaps into column H.

So, if the formula found other rows in the worksheet that had date/time that overlapped the date/time in row 2, column H on row two would list how many other rows were found that overlap.
Ideally, it would add 1 to include it's own row. Ultimately, I need to know how many rows have a date/time that overlaps at all.

    Thank you!

Hi Tsjallie. Thanks for taking the time to help. This formula did not seem to work. It shows 0 for the second, and all other rows.
Even if I change the date on the 3rd row so that the times between row2 and row3 overlap, it still shows 0 on row 2.

Where are the seconds supposed to come from? Maybe it's just the format not showing seconds?

But you're right, the formula isn't complete. It doesn't count the partial overlaps.
Formula extended to also count the partial overlaps:
