Rounding numbers up, like 7.50 to 10

Is there a way in Excel to round numbers up the way I have them listed below? I'm not sure if this rounding type has a name since it's not likely standard, at least that I know of.

Like so:
7.50 = 10
22.50 = 25
37.50 = 40

Update: Actually, I guess that would be considered rounding up to the nearest tens. So, I should try -1 for number of digits. If this works, I will close this thread.

To round up to the nearest 5, try
=CEILING.MATH(G3,5)

If you want to roundup to the nearest 10, just change 5 to 10
