COUNTIFS For Previous 7 Days

Hello,
I've tried several formulas and I can't seem to get this to work the way I am needing it to. I have a sheet that I want to sum the number of occurences of specific text that also contains text from a second column. I have a function that works for this. What I can't figure out is how to only show the occurrences from the last 7 days or s specific date range.

This is the formula for the first part of my problem that works.
=COUNTIFS('Sheet1'!A:A,"Alpha",'Sheet1'!D:D,"Revisit")

This is what I thought would work but it doesn't
=COUNTIFS('Sheet1'!A:A,"Alpha",'Sheet1'!D:D,"Revisit",'Sheet1'!B:B,"<="&TODAY()-7))

Note, I am restricted to using Excel 365 Web so any workflows must work there.

Tried that and the formula is still broken.
