    Help wanted for formula looking up multiple rows and columns

    Hi All, thank you in advance for your help here.

    I'm well and truly stuck!

    I am looking pull in the information into one cell, based on the the looking up criteria from one particular row, and several columns. It's a little difficult to explain, so I have attached the file with limited information, and then I highlighted the cells necessary for the formula to work. Importantly I need to be able to then drag the formula across for future months worth of data.

    I'm hoping the attached explains, but please ask if there's any questions. Many thanks again for anyone willing to help!
