Clarity on the Datedif function

Hi,

I have the following two date values and I want to get the difference between the two. I am using the DATEDIF function

1	28/02/2018
2	26/11/1994

Using the

I get the difference as 23 years whereas the actual difference is 24 years. Am i missing something?

your 24th. year would not occur until 26/11/2018.
