Need formula to create performance chart of employees (sales related)

Hi,
i was trying to create performance chart for my company..As you can see below left side i mentioned (name of salesman), their (no of sales) and (days they take to complete it).


I was trying to calculate their permanence on basis of sales & time.

All data in with complete details mentioned in sheet 2.

which formula should i apply in chart of (Sheet1) so it pickup data from sheet 2.



the salesman with maximum sales in lower days with pop up on top.

.. and whole chart will appear in same order ...


Example- Sales who make maximum sales in Minimum days is top performer.. thanks

I made a summary table in range N1:Q8 to list unique salesmen with advanced filter, then with COUNTIFS for total of sales and SUMIF for
total of days per salesman, I get percentage.
Then I do your ranking on Sheet1 with this array formula in B3 and copied across and down.
Depending on your Excel version, you may have to confirm with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

I am facing little problem with formula that if i add more data or new salesman, it doesn't appear in the sheet 1 chart

Problem is, depending on your data size, calculation performance will slow down considerably.
