With a pivot table (PT).
See sheet PT1 for question 1.
See sheet PT2 for question 2.

Can pivot tables be dynamic and update without have to go back into the pivot table ? Many times I copy and paste my tabs to create a new set of results to add pricing depending on the supplier
you have to refresh the data.
=> data => refresh
Or use a macro to refresh the data.
can you help me understand how your pivot table is working... I need the rows condensed over multiple criteria. not sure the pivot table is doing that..
You have to explain more.
1) Are you familiar with pivot table?
2) You have questions on PT1 or PT2 or both?
3) Please point where you get the incorrect result
The data I use for the Pivot Table is "Intermediate list"
I made a table of that data (=> Insert => Table).
After that I made a Pivot Table of that data (=> Insert => PivotTable).
Thank you again for looking at this.
(1) I do understand pivot tables
(2) the pivot table does not look anything like my final result list so that is what is confusing to me. There is multiple criteria on the list not just color.
Result needs to be in that format so I can print a PDF and send that list off to a supplier. There is lots of other data above and below those rows. Please see my updated excel showing exactly what the final table should look like and consider there is lots of other rows above and below this data.
