How to use SUM with INDEX Match function

I am trying to sum all volumes of an item by matching its number to a column that list those item numbers in multiple locations with their adjacent volume. Cell F3 - F6 is the formula I am using but it only results in the first match, and doesn't sum all values which match the criteria.

Use

=SUMIF(A:A,E3,B:B)

and copy down.
