Need help Creating PO with existing information

Please see attached Sheet.

I am lost I have created this and all works quite well but am now trying to take it a step further and create a PO once the Pricing Calculator form has been filled out.

I am struggling to get the information to the first tab PO Creation and also making sure I dont miss a line.

Can anyone help at all?

From which tab does the information need to be extracted?

You can fill in a few lines manaully to demonstarte how you would like your file to look.

Hey it needs to pull from both "Pricing Calculator" and "Pricing calculator Grille" but mostly from "Pricing Calculator"
