How to find the mean, var, SD, etc, of a large sample?

I can't seem to figure out how to find the values of the mean, variance, standard deviation of a large sample size like the one below.

In this model question, I want to figure out the mean, variance, etc of the # of pens from the sample of 148 individuals.

I know how to find those values from a smaller sample size, by typing those numbers into each cell then highlighting all of them and clicking 'data analysis'. But I don't know a shortcut other from typing in the 148 values manually and figuring it out from there.
