Nested Xlookup hurts my brain, Need Help

I'm trying to build formulas to lookup corresponding cut and fill values (columns O:P on Sheet 1) from Sheet 2 based on successive Cross section types in column D on sheet 1. Sheet 2 is the matrix of these possibilities for successive values from column D Sheet 1 with the corresponding Cut and Fill calculations below. What combination of functions can accomplish this? My attempt at the formulas in Sheet 1 06 & P6 are not working.
