Counting within a 24 hour period

Hi there,

I am building a schedule which generates times based on the time it takes to complete various tasks. I need a formula that will count results within a 24 hour period, so if the first result is at 9:30am, the formula should count everything until the next 9:30am.

=COUNTIFS(Time range,">="&"09:30",Time range,"<="&"09:30"+1,Event range,"<>")
