I Need help for build the Quality formula. If User is attend the Quiz, then formula will be worked based on "# of Quiz" and "# of Error." If User is not attend the Quiz (# of Quiz is Blank), then score will show as Not Attempt.
I attached sample excel sheet. I Need formula in D Column.
