Need help with a formula

I am trying to create a custom sku for inventory that will consist of 3 pieces of information.

Book #
Page #
Card #

For Book 1, Page 1, Card 9 the sku should appear as B1P1C9.

There are 20 books, each Book will have a maximum of 100 pages, each page will have a maximum 9 cards.

I'd like to create a spreadsheet with a formula that could create this output for me so I don't need to manually create this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Will you have a list somewhere of exactly how many pages each book has. Assuming it is always 100 and 9 cards

I just tried this formula, and it does not appear that the page number reset when it got to the next book. So the first page in Book 2 was 101.

Welcome to the forum.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about. Tell us what you are trying to do, not how you think it should be done.

Please take a moment to amend your thread title. Make sure that the title properly explains your request. Your title should be explicit and not be generic (this includes function names used without an indication of what you are trying to achieve).

Please see Forum Rule #1 about proper thread titles and adjust accordingly. To edit the thread title, open the original post to edit and then click on Go Advanced (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.

(Note: this change is not optional. No help to be offered until this moderation request has been fulfilled.)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
