Adding different values based on five different cells

    Hello,

I need a formula that will return a cost based on five different values in five different cells. I have a feeling it will be something related to an Index formula coupled with some IF statements and possibly a MATCH statement, but I am not sure where to begin.

    Attached is the example.

I need the cost to be in Cell F2. The different choices are in cells A2 through E2.

The tables with the costs are in the Info Plug tab. If there is an easier way to set up the tables to make the formula easier, I am all for that as well.

    Thank you in advance.

In your example, how did you get the $294.13? Don't see that on Info Plug tab

I would consider restructuring your EE Breakdown tab as I have done in the attached.
then this sumifs in cell F2 of the "Info Plug" worksheet.
Then I used a series of if/then and sumifs to arrive at your answers - see cell F3 for the formula.
