Sum Values in Column D:K into Column L:S

Looking for formula to sum values in column D:K into column L:S (desired output).

The formula setup should include column A and B and C (column C (Year) as the critical requirement) to correctly sum the values into column L:S, desired column.

Formula should carry out the summing of values using the Year column (column C).

Crooza: Just realized that proposed COUNTIFS formula is not summing correctly. I have provided a sample file for desired outcome. Desired outcome is in column L:S. I think SUMIFS should be the right formula since I am summing the values.

Please assist in taking a look for a fix.
