Subtotal filtered data IF criteria met on another cell

Hi there,

I want to combine a subtotal and sumif formula. i.e In my example - sum all based on company name when filtered on something like location

I think a OFFSET formula is the answer, but I have tried and cannot understand how to do it

any help greatly appreciated!!
