Conditional Formatting: Highlight specific cell based on a date

Greetings to all,

I am working on an excel gantt chart and would like to get the following results using conditional formatting, applies to =$N$10:$AW$24

=$M10="Yes" | This highlights the entire row.

I would like for it to only highlight 1 cell based on the date in $J10

Hi,

Please see attached workbook.

I would like for "Task 1 Complete" to only highlight on 14 Sep, and any other tasks that shows "Yes" on the actual finish date.

I added the conditions to restrict which day is highlighted. It has to compare the date in column J against the date of the day in row 7.
