Apologies as I am a novice at Excel.
I have an spreadsheet for work.
There are a bunch of different assemblies which have certain items in them and i need to total up a cost for each assembly on the same spreadsheet. See attachment

At the moment i have to do the 'SUM((AD25*AD172)+(AE25*AE172) etc..)' to give me the total cost of that one assembly
Is there a way to have one sheet where i can input all the individual items and their prices onto one sheet. Then use a formula to help 'lookup' whether that column has a quantity in it. If it does then it will use that certain number and multiply the price that is on the other sheet. And have this applied to everything in that same row. To then add it all up and give me a total cost.
Hopefully i have explained it well enough!
