How to count number of unique code from different columns

Hello Everyone,
I do first of all thanks who were help me of my previous posts.

And now I want your help for my another problem.
I have a sheet in which column (P to AC) contains multiple codes in each cell.
From column (P to AC) I extracted the unique codes in AE column. Now i want to count, how many times codes(101,102..) have exist column (P-AC)

I have tried CTRL+F

But it takes a lot of time

Is there any Formula or Mac row to help me

=COUNT(AE2:AE1000)
