match association and transfer data based on match request

Hello,

I've been trying to resolve a formula issue to associate and match various criterion (account number, date and monetary value). I've received some help but have now realized it wasn't quite doing what I need. If anyone could assist me with a formula to do the following:
The formula needs to associate account number in column AL and date in column AX and if those two criteria match then just copy the associated amount from column AU over. If a blank cell is present the formula needs to associate the associated value of the other match if one exists and if the value is blank to remain blank. So the values you see in column AV should be the results of the formula. Thanks for your time and knowledge!
