Highlight highest value in row

Hello champions,

In table attached please help me to highlight the highest number in each row

Note: This is simplified. There can be columns between that do not apply.
eg line 1. 1,2,3,4 may actually have 1 - 85 - 93 - 2 - 88 - 3 - 4 Only the columns 1, 4, 6 & 7 All rows count.
BUT not important as I can work around this if needed to remove unwanted columns.

I use row 12 as helper row: mark column header with 1 if counted.

Then using conditional formating for A13:
