Extract data from columns that has data only

Hi Friends,

I have a column range with some cells as blank and some cells have value. For example column range A5:A500 have some cells with data

In the next column (i.e C5:C500), I need to pull value only from cell which has data in range A5:A500

For example , in the attached screenshot, you will see that column - 'Complete Report' has many blank cell. So I need to pull only cell that have data in next column i.e 'Summarized Report'
