auto filling cells from table to table

I would like to reference data from one table to another. So when I enter a value it will automatically fill corresponding cell from another table on another page.

Attached a simple example of what I'm trying to do.

=IF(B3=Table1[Column1],Table1[Column3])

and

=IF(B3=Sheet2!B4:B7,Sheet2!D4:D7)

Neither work.

Please Help.
