Turning data sheet into schedule timeline

Hi all,

I'm new this is my first post. I'm working on a school project and was wondering if I can turn this data into a one day, 5-minute interval, timeline. Where the x-axis displays the time and the y-axis has all the gates and the timeline itself shows which aircraft occupies what gate and at what time. I have been searching on the internet for a while now but haven't found anything that is useful for this purpose (only work shift schedules and calendars etc.). I have attached a picture of what I want to create (possibly a simplified version), is this something that would be possible in excel, or do I need to look at other software? All the relevant information is in the first sheet (schedule (original)) under the ''LocalGate'', ''Registration'', and ''RefTimestamp''. I hope this post is in the right sub-forum and that someone is able to help me with this. Thanks in advance!
