If cell contains text value then copy+paste choice cells from that row

Hi all,

Hoping someone can assist.

Please see attached spreadsheet; should a "NO" be placed in column J (Converted Quote)

Is it possible to copy and paste some of the cells on that row to another location on the spreadsheet?

(in this case, the bottom right of the spreadsheet where it says "Service Enquiries Not Converted, Now WIP"

So in short; the file check if the cell with “Yes” or “No” in it is updated and if it is updated and now says “Yes” to grab the contents of the cells you want and copy and paste them into that table.

Should a "NO" be placed in Column J, ideally:

T25:41 - copies cells from C3 onwards

U25:41 - copies cells from F3 onwards
