Using Vlookup to retrieve a cell containing multiple lines.

Sometimes vlookup returns all the lines in the looked up cell and sometimes only the first line and I can't figure out the conditions that makes it do one or the other.

I thought it was going to be something about the file type but that does not seem to be panning out.

Perhaps something in the cell format that is invisible to me??

I think I have it. The cells are copying fully BUT wrap text is off so everything is on one line unless I change the format of the vlookup cell.
