Retrive datas from a table if conditions are true

    Hi All,

    Here is my situation:

    Capture.PNG

As you can see from the screenshot, i have a table (the green one on the right) where i have a applied a conditional formatting. This conditional formatting is highlighting all the values >0 in the range >= B2 (the date inside the column header should be >= B2).

What I'd like to do now is to create a table like the one in orange created as an example here where I'll have:

    - Unit Number Column: I'd like to have for every row (Country) the first value >0 where the column header (date) is >=B2
    - Date Column: I'd like to have the column header (date) in which the previous value it has been found.

Does anyone have any idea how to do it?

Thank you very much for your help and time
