Countifs funtion for multiple criteria
Hi, Friends
I am trying with the COUNTIFS function for multiple criteria to find the total count of OT for all the shifts for specific days in a week. Please find the attachment of my test sheet.
Any help or suggestion would be immensely appreciated.

Are you trying to count OT where the letters "OT" appear in the column?
In which case
