Link to goto cell in another sheet based on matching cell values

Is it possible to have a link that will take me to another sheet in the same workbook based on a cell value? In the attached file, I would like to be able to click on a link in cell H2 of the "Past_Dues" sheet that would take me to cell H3 in the "Total" sheet. This would be based on the values in columns A matching up.

BMV, thank you very much for the help. But when I tried it I got the following error.

To simplify things could you show me again using this file? I removed the tables and took out the space in the column heading.
