Merging 3 like workbooks or tabs

    Hi-
I am trying to merge my expense reports for three credit cards. I have the following columns: Card (last 4 digits of CC), Date (Date of Sale), Description, Amount.

Is there a way I can merge all three Excel files by date or 3 different tabs easily?

    Thanks, l

You can do that using a pivot table and specifying multiple consolidation ranges; as long as the headings are the same for your three credit cards. There's a MS article here that will walk you through it.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...1-e9fc8adeeeb5

I've used it before with success.

    Hi lemonbug,

I'd be looking at Power Query and append all three worksheets into a single 4th sheet.

    or

One test is worth a thousand opinions.
