I am using this formula to jump to different Worksheets, because the number of Worksheets is getting quite large. I want to form a kind of directory to navigate to different sheets. Seems the HYPERLINK is popular. But is there a way the HYPERLINK will work if I Hide all of the Worksheets?

No, HYPERLINK will not work with hidden workbooks. You would need to program VBA to unhide the worksheet and then to rehide it when completed.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
