Vacation half days to be counted and minused

Hi Guys,

I am having some issues with a vacation sheet and need some help with a formula.

I am totalling vacation days, so I can quickly look at how many days an employee has taken from their entitlement. However half days are still counting as 1 and not 0.5.

Is their a formula that can deduct only 0.5 from the holiday Ent?
