I need your assistance to check on my formula for match.
I am not sure why the formula doesn't work.
Please refer to the attached excel, whereby i have worked the formula.
What i wish to achieve as per below:
If i select frequency "1" and the impact "1", the individual risk should show me "Low"
You can refer to the matching formula on "Risk Matrix Tab".
