Gannt Chart / IFS Formula

Hi all,

I have made this excel sheet to work as a gantt chart and it works ok. Currently the conditional formatting looks for value 1 or 0 to amend the chart based on date.

But I need an additional condition to look for the value in column A to change the colour of the bar depending on the code as there are three different projects.

PS: Should be orange bar
PYC: Should be dark red bar
PYCM: Should be blue bar

I've tried conditional formatting using ifs formula but it didnt work. Whats the best solution here?

Orange:
=AND(LEFT($B5,SEARCH(" ",$B5)-1)="PS",F5=1)

Red:
=AND(LEFT($B5,SEARCH(" ",$B5)-1)="PYC",F5=1)

Dark Blue:
=AND(LEFT($B5,SEARCH(" ",$B5)-1)="PYCM",F5=1)
