Vlookup with data validation

Hi ,

I have a sheet in which i want to get data in the comparison sheet from other tabs.

For eg:

When i select file name in the yellow part highlighted part in the table, it should v look up all the relevant data from that sheet.

In the end i want to compare table 1 and table 2 in the comparison sheet.

Please select C4:P14

and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter

Use conditional formatting applies to C4:AF14
=$B4="" > number format # to hide Zero

Thanks, it works for table 1. however when i change table 2 and select FILE 3 , it doesnt get the right values,
