link error messages to a product,

Hello. i not sure how to explain this.. but in Column A in picture 1, we will scan error codes, that shows up like "1 20201811 Dimac Kiling inngang" and that will be sum up in the yellow box on the right side. But i also want it to link it to the product we are running like in picture number 2. the Production that is running is showed in picture 3" the last on the list will be the active production. on picture 4 is the formula i am using to link the last production to a another sheet..

Column A in picture number 2 is unike numbers we use for each production...


so. with this bad explaining, is there someone out there that 1: can understand what i want:P 2: know how to fix it? :P
i will add all 4 excel papers i am using for this
