For some reason I'm not able to figure out how to get VLOOKUP (or other lookup formula) to work on a table, in which I want to find whether or not a TEXT value in a universe of words (which are in the header) appears in a numbered row of raw data.
I've attached a workbook to illustrate the problem. The top table is the "raw data" and the bottom table is the desired outcome. (the desired outcome could either be an "X" as shown, or the actual text of the header).
Any advice?

Assuming the column B numbers are in the same order then in C14 copied across and down
