I am trying to figure out what is it in these 2 files that makes one bigger than the other. They have the same number of rows, columns, formulas, and are saved in the same format.

why does that matter? this size difference in marginal. 9.6 KB vs 10.2 kb
Those are just small portions of the "real" files, which are much bigger. I didn't want to upload them because of their size, which have a difference of 300k. I want the smallest size because I download these files daily, which, over time, will overload my disk capacity. What I don't understand is why there is such a difference in sizes because the same EXACT information is in both files and they are saved in the same EXACT extension. I want to find out if there is some way I can find out the properties of each file which shows everything about a file...like right clicking on a file in File Explorer and choosing Properties. Is there a feature like that in Excel?
