I have a table containing a formula and every time a new row was added, the font size in column E was be changed.

What you are running into is that a table will copy down all the properties of the cells above it, ONLY if all the cells above it are the same. The first row has a different font from the rest. Make every existing cell Calibri 11 and then new incoming cells will mimic this font.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

I noticed when the font size set at 11, I don't face this issue.
It only happens when I set all the cells to size 9. and it only happens to column E and not others cell. Column E has a formula and not sure how can it affect the font size.
