trying to find a way to remove discounted names from my list for emailing

I have a list currently of 2000 names. This list contains the following:
email, fname, lastname, city, state, zip code,

I sent it this list out and found out 850 are bounce I am trying to see if it is possible to remove them like find and remove some how?

I would not be asking but I have a total of 96K and if this is a representation I will need to remove a lot.
